I went to Dr. O'Connor for hairline lowering surgery. It's a very specialized surgery, so not a lot of surgeons preform this procedure. I am SO happy I came across her!! She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process by answering any questions I had thoroughly and by being so knowledgeable. She really listened to my concerns and, placed my hairline to where I wanted it beautifully. Now I am out almost 3 weeks post OP, and my scar is almost invisible!! Throughout this whole process she has checked in with me to make sure this process is as smooth as possible. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants this surgery. She is amazing!

My nose has always been a sensitive subject for me and an area of my face I have had extreme insecurities about. After my rhinoplasty/septoplasty consultation with Dr. Kate O’Connor I knew she was the obvious choice in who I wanted to perform my surgery. I am now one month post-op and I could not be happier with my results. Not only does my nose look exactly like the photoshop photos she made prior to surgery, but she has been so responsive and available through out every step of this process. Dr. Kate O’Connor DESERVES the hype. She is a beyond talented surgeon with an amazing personality/bedside manner. My favorite thing about working with her was her ability to effectively communicate and fully understand my vision for a rhinoplasty/nose-job. Trustworthy, caring, and knowledgeable are just a few of the words I would use to describe her as a physician. The office manager, Jennifer, and reception, Madi, were extremely kind and organized. I wish I could give this google review more than 5 stars.

Dr. O’Conner is wonderful! I went to her for a hairline lowering in February and I felt extremely safe and cared for by her. She is very caring post-op, very informative, and after 5 months my scar is already essentially invisible(and really wasn’t noticeable at all/didn’t need any makeup etc by beginning of month 3). I have had other doctors and estheticians tell me that my scar placement is wonderful/they would have never known I had anything done. 100% would recommend!!!

Dr. O’Connor is a treasure. She has made me feel cared for and important since the first consultation visit. I had a platysmaplasty (neck lift) at the end of June 2023. She checked on me multiple times the evening after my surgery and saw me in her office multiple times over the next week - including July 4! My neckline improved immediately, but I developed some scar bands that I (and she) were not happy with. Revisions are not uncommon in cosmetic procedures, so after a few months of different treatments (ultrasound, steroid injections), we decided that a corrective procedure would be the best way to go. She didn’t charge me for the revision, which was a huge bonus. She took as much care with the revision procedure as she did with the original surgery and I am now so happy with the results! If I were to ever contemplate another facial cosmetic procedure, there’s no other doctor I would consider!
